"oh im sorry" Leo picked up the bread and dusted it off. months
in the wild will make a man less hygienic "here you go" he sat
the bread on the table and took the new bread "thank you" he
nodded his head and bit into the bread, he smiled and continued
to eat the bread slowly as to savor it.

"uuh.. yeah... thanks" Takahiro said, nudging the bread away
from himself. He felt as if the hair and dirty stuck in the
revealed paste wasstaring at him in dismay.
"Anyway, where are you from?" He asked before biting into his
own piece of bread, that was far more of an undecorated sponge
cake than anything.

Leo pulled a piece off bread off and put it up to his hair. a
small mouse poked its head out and took the bread before ducking
back in ".....The Wilds Mostly....but if you're asking where i
was born. that would be Kirigakure"

"hmm?" he looked up at his hair "oh yeah, he's my travel
buddy....i kinda get tired of talking to the same person
everyday so my little friend stirs the pot" Leorio smiled and
ate another piece of the bread "wanna pet him?"

Takahiro was quite for a while, still baffled by the idea of
keeping a living thing is one hair, before finally timidly
saying "yes... a little, he doesn't bite does he?"

"sometimes" he said honestly and gave a low squeak. the mouse
replied by crawling out leo hair and down his arm "here you go,
this is Navi" he touched Takahiro hand and the mouse crawled up
his arm and onto his shoulder "he likes you"

Leo laughed as the mouse walked to the other shoulder and down
his arm and onto the table "yeah he's a slippery one. you don't
have any pets?"

"Me? No, I'm not allowed." Takahiro began swing his feet under
the chair "Mom says we aren't at the house enough, so it'd be
mean to keep an animal cooped up all alone, but it's not a
problem doing it to me."
"I like animals though, like sugar gliders. They're kind of like
mice, but they can fly and have really big eyes!" Takahiro
beamed "and they have the cutesy little hands, too!"
He withdrew is over enthusiasm though moments later "but their
nocturnal, and they're hard to deal with until they become
comfortable with you. If you try to touch them when you first
get them they'll bite you, and it can even make you bleed!"
