Fire Poi Jutsu

IMPORTANT: all jutsu on this list REQUIRE the possession on Fire
Poi and fire or lightening chakra nature
name: Light 'em Up
Clan: No
effect:
Quickly light your fire poi without the use of matches
stays lie until put out by water or sand
It give you the basic 5 inch flame
you can do much damage unless you get a heads on hit
damage: licks of fire and cause a little pain, but nothing a
little cool water won't fix
a heads on hit will require medical attention, but it defiantly
won't stop someone from trying to pound you into oblivion
chakra cost: 10
name: Inferno
Clan: No
effect:
Brings your flame from the basic 5 inches to a foot
it only lasts for a 5 minutes so don't relay on it by any means
damage:
a lick of the flame might need a bit of ointment to keep from
getting an infection
a heads on hit can cause some MAJOR damage causing second to
third degree burns
chakra cost: 20
name: Streaming Flames
Clan: No
effect:
causes a streaming effect on your flames that fades away in
moments
only lasts 180 degrees of one rotation for 3 second
the problem with this jutsu is that it can also harm the user if
they aren't careful
damage:
Being touched by these streams can cause third degree burns
chakra cost: 25
name: Cosmic Flames
Clan: No
effect:
Creates two large flaming star that make wide spread heat
these stars radiate enough heat to make most people back off a
bit, but not any real damage
the star it's self can cause minor burns that might need some
wound wash and cause sensitiviy
damage: nothing too taxing, but it can scare some people off
chakra cost: 15
