       fiery death a chain... isn't it pretty? =D
       this weapon is mostly for the sake of scaring the hell outta
       people, though if there's a need to get physical some damage can
       be nearly irreversible, luckily this weapon is mostly used for
       display to ward off enemy and entertain observers
       Effect: minor burns to massive burns depending on weather it's a
       head on hit, or just a lick of the flame (accompanying
       techniques soon to come)
       Can Others Use it: anyone can use it, but it's mainly a weapon
       use by those with the fire chakra element (to use without
       kerosene or matches in equiptment)

       and matches... I'll probly use kerosene, but no matches ^^, not
       only that but I was thinking about makeing a list of jutsu for
       it, like one in which the flame becomes larger
