philosophically speaking there's pretty much no original idea to
be had anymore... for the most part... so don't worry about have
a specific trait, people would just copy it anyway if they
really wanted it

Actually there's still a lot of ideas out there. I'm just too
lazy to write them up until I have an actual character in mind
for most of them.
That said, this isn't like Aquarius, at least not the way I read
it. If I'm reading it right, this is basically just chakra
roller blades. Aquarius is full-flight, but doesn't grant a
speed bonus.

Aquarius is manipulating wind to actually fly. The way I read
this it's just getting rid of silly things like friction to let
you move faster along the ground.
... I would also like to say for the record that I'm not a her.

Kanon did, back on the first page. It made me weep manly tears.
That said, as far as the Aquarius similarity goes you're fine,
as long as you don't start trying to fly. Whether or not you can
keep it is up to our Adminlords of course.
