> Bio: Valery's story begins in a small village outside of
Iwagakure, called Arossa. The village produces almost nothing of
value, and would be utterly unremarkable if Valery hadn't been
born there. She was born to a pair of civilians, smiths who made
their living producing weapons for Iwa's ninjas. It was a small,
but happy family.
>
> Until shortly after her fourth birthday, at least. Arossa, a
village that had never done anything, fell under attack on that
fateful day. The Four-Tailed Great Ape, running rampant after
its previous jinchuriki's failure to contain it, fell upon the
small village. Ninjas quickly arrived from Iwa to contain it,
but it was a shinobi of Konoha, in the area on a mission, that
was able to seal the beast.

> That man, who went by the name Yamato, wasn't able to ask
questions after his arrival on the battlefield. He was forced to
seal it into the first child he saw... a child that happened to
be Valery. The demon was stopped, but at a great cost. Valery
herself was the hardest hit, as not only did she have to deal
with the beast in her head, but her parents had been killed in
the attack, everything she owned vaporized by a Tailed Beast
Ball.

> Yamato himself, remorseful for his part in the destruction of
her life, took Valery in. He had a daughter only a few years
younger than her, and that daughter-- Cathryn-- became Valery's
only real friend. She never managed to bond with her adoptive
father, though she didn't blame him for the beast in her head.
The demon itself, on the other hand, became a constant target of
her anger. She set about subduing it and making it submit to her
will, and by the age of seven Valery was powerful enough to be
considered a fully realized jinchuriki.

> It was around the time that she mastered her demon that Arossa
was attacked again. This time by a rival village, a village that
wanted the power of the Four-Tails. There were only two trained
shinobi in Arossa at this point: Yamato and Valery. They fought
like demons, quite literally in Valery's case as she unleashed a
four-tailed cloak for the first time. But they were outnumbered,
and before the battle ended Yamato was slain.

> The rest of the attackers were wiped out by a Tailed Beast
Ball. There were no survivors.

> Something broke within Valery that day. She blamed herself for
the death of her second father, a man that had shown her love
but she had never loved back. She blamed herself for making her
best friend Cathryn into a miniature of herself: alone in the
world, with no friends or relatives to rely upon. She blamed
herself for the destruction that once again visited her home.
And so she ran away, heading nowhere but away from the place she
had caused so much trouble.

> It was to her shock that Cathryn followed her-- not only did
Cathryn not hate her for bringing the attackers who killed her
father, but Cathryn still considered her a friend. The two girls
were apart from the world, but Valery realized then that she
wasn't alone. Valery grew fiercely protective of Cathryn,
expanding on the training the girl had recieved from her father
to make sure Cathryn could take care of herself... and
continuing her own training to make sure Cathryn never had to.

> The pair did what they had to do to survive, stealing and
begging to make sure they could put food in their stomaches. And
soon, the pair became a trio, as they stumbled upon an abandoned
baby-- Hitoe, he would come to be called. They grew together,
the three of them against the world, and they survived.
Prospered, even, largely through Valery's willingness to do
whatever needed to be done. The Four-Tails inside of her had
moved from subject to partner: as long as Valery was using its
powers to cause death or destruction, as she often did when
threatened, it was more than willing to share.

> Valery's dream had shifted at this point. She had been content
to simply survive for so long-- but even she knew that there
were those out there who were stronger than she was. And Valery
wasn't willing to let anyone take from her what she had
struggled to gain. So she approached her family with an idea. To
not only become strong enough to survive, but to become the
strongest. To become powerful enough to secure what they had
against all comers. Her family agreed with her plan-- Cathryn
with more reservations than Hitoe or his alternate personality
Fuzen-- and it was from this idea that the organization that
would come to be known as Makaze sprang.

Insane, Sadistic, and unstable. While it is possible to coexist
with Valery -- even happily in a few cases -- it would probably

Notes:
1) As stated in her Bloodline, Valery has none, however, the
Four-Tailed Yonbi grants access to the Lava Release.
2) I didn't see anything special about posting a Jinchuuriki, so
if any changes need to be made, just let me know.
3) Valery is a S-ranked Missing ninja of Makaze. The fourty
points came from A Time to Learn, which is where Valery made her
debut.

another weapon or human flesh. The flames are white-hot,
allowing them to heat up whatever they touch quickly, but items
with exceptionally high burning points may still require
sustained contact. Notably, the blade is exceptionally well
balanced, making it easy to use.

designed as a torture jutsu as well as a weapon: those burned by
the flames won't see the pain eased without at least a week in a
fully-equipped hospital. The whip's final and arguably most
useful ability is its power to be controlled by the user's

they splatter the themselves over whatever they hit, slathering
it in lava.

from every single crack, hole, etc..

out of the sea of molten rock.

> Effect: A simple solution to a simple problem, this jutsu
allows the user to harden and cool areas of molten rock, whether
that’s a small platform, a miniature island, or just a stepping
stone, allowing safe areas even in the midst of a molten Hell.
It should be noted that this jutsu doesn’t require hand seals
and there actually is no limit to the amount of lava that can be
cooled this way.

> Lava Clone
> Clan: Kekkei Genkai that allows the Lava Release
> Effect: This jutsu pulls lava from a preexisting source and
forms it into a human form, though details are sketchy at best.
While this clone is incapable of using any jutsu -- this doesn‘t
mean it can‘t be used as ammo for its creator‘s jutsu -- it does
move rather quickly and is made of molten rock. It takes a
fairly strong jutsu to collapse the clones, as they’ll normally
rebuild themselves.
> Damage: Moderate burns if you let them touch you.
> Chakra Cost: 5

> Lava Release: Molten Dragon Bullet
> Clan: Kekkei Genkai that allows the Lava Release
> Effect: This jutsu creates and launches a large dragon made
completely of molten rock and launches it at it’s target,
swamping them in the lava. This can be especially deadly if the
target becomes trapped in the dragon for one reason or another.
> Damage: Severe burns; possibly deadly.
> Chakra Cost: 35

> Lava Release: Lava Projection
> Clan: Kekkei Genkai that allows the Lava Release
> Effect: Where there’s lava, there’s the ability to form said
lava into shapes and objects. This jutsu allows the user to make
walls, spikes, domes, basically anything they desire, as long as
the molten rock is nearby. It should be noted that this jutsu
requires no hand seals.
> Damage: Varies greatly
> Chakra Cost: 10

> Lava Release: Tidal Crash
> Clan: Kekkei Genkai that allows the Lava Release
> Effect: This jutsu uses both existing and created lava, the
latter coming in the form of geysers at the jutsu’s base. The
molten rock creates a massive tidal wave that can then sweep an
area, literally capable of burying a town should the user force
that much chakra into the jutsu.

> One-Tailed Form
> Requirements: Four-Tails
> Effect: Valery gains a one-tailed chakra cloak around her
body. This grants her a 50% increase to attack, defense, and
speed, as well as allowing her to use the tail to attack
enemies. Its two most valuable features, however, are its vastly
enhanced healing powers-- enough to heal even a Chidori blow in
a mere moment-- and that it increases Valery's chakra by 10%.

> Two-Tailed Form
> Requirements: Four-Tails
> Effect: Valery's two-tailed cloak gives her all of the same
advantages of the one-tailed cloak, but all stats (except
chakra) are increased by 50%, and Valery's chakra increases by
25%. Further, her body gains a short coat of red fur and her
eyes become a glowing red.

> Chakra Cost: 0

> Three-Tailed Form
> Requirements: Four-Tails
> Effect: The three-tailed cloak is, again, similar to the
previous form, but grants more powerful bonuses. All stats but
chakra are increased by 75%, and chakra increases by 33%. The
fur on Valery's body becomes thicker and her body appears more
muscular. Finally, all of Valery's Lava Release jutsus cost 20%
less chakra to use in this form.

> Four-Tailed Form
> Requirements: Four-Tails
> Effect: Valery's four-tailed cloak is among her most powerful
forms. All stats but chakra are increased by 100%, and chakra
increases by 50%. The fur on Valery's body becomes thicker and
her body appears more muscular. Finally, all of Valery's Lava
Release jutsus cost 50% less chakra to use in this form, and she
becomes virtually immune to fire and lava jutsus of all types.
Her method of locomotion changes as well, as Valery tends to
assume a more hunched-over posture, and runs on her knuckles as
well as her hands. A skeleton of the Four-Tails also appears
over her body, increasing the impact of her physical blows.

> Four-Tailed Great Ape
> Requirements: Four-Tails
> Effect: This surpasses a mere chakra cloak, and is the full
release of the Four-Tailed Great Ape, under Valery's complete
control. The Ape is a true force of nature, a walking natural
disaster capable of destroying cities on a whim. It is in this
form that Valery can use her most devestating jutsus, and where
Valery herself is at her most deadly. Her speed, evasion,
weaponry, and jutsu control are all doubled, as is her chakra.
However, these boosts pale next to her attack, defense, and
jutsu strength-- all of which are tripled under the awesome
influence of the demon's chakra. Valery's Lava Release jutsus
require only half of their usual chakra, and she can disregard
the usual need for handseals in this form. The only real
downsides of this form are its inability to use any Lightning,
Water, or Wind jutsus and its massive size, which makes the form
useless for subtlety.

> Four-Tails Chakra Mode
> Requirements: Four-Tails
> Effect: Valery draws directly upon the chakra of the Great Ape
in its purest form. In this form she doesn't take on any of the
Four-Tails physical attributes, but does gain a cloak of firey
red chakra that completely covers her body. Her defense,
evasion, and weaponry stats are all doubled, as is her chakra.
Valery's attack, speed, jutsu strength, and jutsu control,
however, are tripled. Further, the chakra cloak renders her
completely immune to fire and lava in all forms, and all of her
Fire, Earth, and Lava jutsus require only half of their usual
chakra-- though Lightning, Water, and Wind jutsus become
unusable. Even so, the Chakra Mode is incredibly powerful: where
the Great Ape is a walking natural disaster, the Chakra Mode is
more focused, representing raw destructive power at its purest.

> Tailed Beast Ball
> Requirements: A chakra cloak of three or more tails, or a
fully realized bijuu
> Effect: This jutsu compresses an immense amount of chakra into
a ball, then fires it from their mouth. The result is a blast of
destruction capable of obliterating anything in its path. A weak
Tailed Beast Ball, like one used by a jinchuriki with a chakra
cloak, will "only" level several miles of terrain. A
fully-powered one will destroy part of a mountain range.
> Damage: Immense, and if used by a full-fledged Bijuu becomes
arguably the most powerful jutsu in existance, with its only
competition being jutsus based on it. Kirin, Particle
Accelerator, even the mighty Chibaku Tensei... all pale before
the might of the Tailed Beast Ball.
> Chakra Cost: 50

> Lava Release: Tailed Beast Meteor of Destruction
> Requirements: Four-Tailed Great Ape, or Four-Tails Chakra
Mode.
> Effect: This jutsu functions as a Tailed Beast Ball, but it
uses Lava chakra instead of neutral. The result is a blast of
chakra and lava that can destroy virtually anything in its path.
A few miles of forest? Gone. A huge swath of a village? Gone.
The mountain behind that village? Gone. The only real defense
against this jutsu-- barring hiding behind a mountain-- is a
tremendous quantity of water, and barring an ocean even that may
not be enough. Notably, when Valery uses this jutsu as the
Four-Tailed Great Ape, it is fired from her mouth like a normal
Tailed Beast Ball, but when used in Chakra Mode Valery forms the
ball in front of one fist, then punches it to fire.
> Damage: Immense. The jutsu is one of the most powerful in
existance, managing to exceed the mighty Tailed Beast Ball, if
only just. Only another derivative of the Tailed Beast Ball can
hope to match it in power.
> Chakra Cost: 150
>
> Tailed Beast Chakra Arms
> Requirements: A chakra cloak of one or more tails, or Chakra
Mode
> Effect: The user forms an arm out of chakra, from any part of
their body. This arm is just as capable as a normal arm, but can
extend up to ten feet to hit its target.
> Damage: Dependent on the user's strength
> Chakra Cost: 10
>
> Genjutsu Break
> Requirements: Jinchuriki with a friendly bijuu
> Effect: The bijuu temporarily disrupts its host's chakra. This
causes no harm or loss of chakra, but it is sufficient to break
any genjutsu the user is placed under.

> Chakra Cost: 0

> Fire Release: Rocket Burst
> Requirements: Four-Tailed Great Ape or Four-Tails Chakra Mode
> Effect: Valery fires a controlled flame discharge from her
feet. This allows her to leap tremendous distances, equal to her
twice her speed stat in feet. Valery cannot change direction in
mid-air, but the leap is fast enough that it's difficult to
counter.

> Chakra Cost: 15

> Exploding Tag Creation
> Requirements: None
> Effect: The user of this jutsu takes any form of paper and --
with a single hand seal -- turn that slip of paper into an
explosive tag, just like a normal one.

> Chakra Cost: 1

> Exploding Tag Resize
> Requirements: None
> Effect: This jutsu effectively resizes any explosive tag with
the use of the tiger seal, simple as that. The resized tag
reacts with a boost in power which resembles the size change --
a tag doubled in size will explode with twice the force.
> Damage: N/A
> Chakra Cost: 2 per resize ((doubling the size of a seal costs
5 chakra; quintupling (five times) costs 25 chakra))

> Exploding Tag Stream
> Requirements: None
> Effect: After making a few hand seals, the user of this jutsu
places their hand on the ground and releasing a great number of
explosive tags which proceed to wrap around a target and hold
them in place. These notes are fully capable of exploding like
any other exploding seal, which makes them dangerous in the
right hands.
> Damage: Severe if you let them wrap around you; capable of
removing a limb.
> Chakra Cost: 25

> Lava Prison
> Requirements: Kekkei Genkai which allows use of the Lava
Release
> Effect: This jutsu is rather simple -- it is used to create a
massive dome of molten rock around an area up to 250m. This
jutsu, can use already present lava or draw more in the form of
geysers at the base of the dome.
> Damage: None directly, but being trapped in a dome of molten
rock has the effect of an oven.
> Chakra Cost: 45
>
> Fire Release: Flame Stomp
> Requirements: Taught by a PC who knows this technique
> Effect: After a series of hand seals, the user of this jutsu
stomps their foot, releasing a massive wave of heat and flames
in every direction out to 50m. The heat from this jutsu is
capable of burning things horribly, as well as putting off a
shockwave that extends out another 25m, capable of throwing
anything under a ton.
> Damage: Serious burns, possibly lethal; getting hit with the
shockwave is equivalent of getting slammed into by a heavy
object at high speeds.

1) The Lava jutsu require a Kekkei Genkai which allows the use
of the Lava Release, or in Valery's case, the Yonbi.
2) Anything that isn't Valery's jutsu or requires the Four-Tails
