> Bio: Kimia was born the only child in a small clan that a lot
of people have never heard of, until a member of their clan
almost bested Uchiha, Sasuke in Konoha’s chuunin
preliminary rounds during the year of the Third Lord’s
passing by the hands of Orochimaru. Kiria was raised with help
from the clan’s tutors, allowing her to grow in strength
and ability at a steadily increasing rate until she finally
graduated into a Sensei, though she’s yet to receive a
team.
> Personality: Kiria is a straightforward person. She has few
wants other than the basics, the only real one being that she
wants the mention of her clan to strike fear into the hearts of
those around her. She’s cold, calculating, and will do
whatever it takes to win her fights. Kiria very rarely
socializes, and while she will return a gesture or answer a
question, she won’t be starting many conversations that
aren’t necessary.

> Chakra Burn: The Akadou clan’s basic taijutsu style. The
user coats their hands in chakra and strikes the foe. Every
successful hit burns off some of the target’s chakra,
depending on the strength and location of the blow, though this
chakra isn’t absorbed, simply removed from the target.

> Chakra Vamp: A step up from the Akadou‘s basic
technique, the user coats their body in chakra, normally their
hands but it‘s not limited to this location, and makes
contact with another being. This can be a strike, a hold,
anything, just so long as they are touching. While contact is
made, the target‘s chakra is being stolen, reenergizing
the Akadou’s own chakra reserves in the process. Depending
on the location and length of the contact, the chakra vamping
may be minor or severe.

> Chakra Restoration: While an Akadou can certainly take chakra
[I]from[/I] another person, a trained Akadou can also give
chakra [I]back[/I]. The user’s hand charges with chakra
and then is pressed against the opponent’s head or chest,
transferring the chakra to them. The jutsu’s only cost is
the amount of chakra transferred.

> Chakra Infection: An offensive turn from the Chakra
Restoration jutsu, the gathers chakra to their hand and then
corrupts it before passing it into the opponent by physical
contact with the head or chest. The chakra corrupts the
target’s chakra system and keeps them from using chakra in
any form and destroys about a tenth of their maximum chakra,
over the course of three rounds, which is when the effects of
the infection wear off.

> Chakra Explosion: The user gathers chakra to there palm and
strikes the target. The strike leaves a mark on the target. The
mark siphons the opponents chakra for three rounds, gathering a
total of 30 chakra, then explodes violently using the chakra,
with about the force of two or three explosive seals.

> Fire Release: Rain of Fire: The user gathers a moderate amount
of chakra and sends it into the skies above, where it combusts
and rains down onto the target. This isn’t all at once
mind you, no, this attack lasts for several minutes. Though the
fire isn’t deadly, it can certainly be painful.

> Fire Release: Flame Coat: A simple yet effective technique
which allows the user to coat any weaponry in fire for a short
period of time by coating the weapon with chakra and then
igniting it.

> Fire Release: Napalm Spew: The user of this technique moves a
large amount of chakra to the stomach, then regurgitates it,
lighting it on fire as it passes through the mouth. The chakra
is liquid and sticky, meaning if it gets on you, it’ll be
a pain to get off.

> Wind Release: Updraft Burst: The user of this technique
surrounds their body with wind natured chakra, causing a large
burst of wind to be constantly emitted from their body. This
allows the user to levitate about a few inches off of the ground
and increases their speed and evasiveness by half again what it
was.

> Wind Release: Flying Swallow: By channeling chakra of the wind
nature into a bladed weapon, the use can augment the
weapon’s power and reach, lengthening the blades as well.
The enhanced weaponry can slice through solid rock and iron,
making them something you definitely don’t want to get hit
by.

A few notes, all of the Chakra Techniques are Akadou clan
techniques. Also, all of the chakra costs given are rough
estimates, if you’d like to change any of them. Also,
I’m still waiting on a response on whether or not I can
move into Konoha or Kirigakure.
