       Name: Shin Blades
       Description: Starting at the toe of the boot and running all the
       way to the knee is a length of blade, just as sharp and durable
       as a katana's. The blade is mounted on a strip of steel that is
       actually part of the boots they run along, so there's very
       little if any chance of them breaking or coming apart from the
       boot. While they can't be used as easily as a katana or other
       sword, they allow for a good deal of flexibility and creativity.
       It should be worth noting that the blade goes to the front of
       the toe, not the top.
       Effect: Roughly the same as a katana
       Can Others Use it: I'm going to go with no on this one.
