       Stealth Needle Launcher

       Name: Stealth Needle Launcher
       Description: Mounted as a leather strip around the
       wrist/forearm, much like a watch only much tighter, are five
       small barrels. The barrels all have a string attached, which all
       bundle together to a single pull ring. Upon pulling the ring,
       and therefore the string, each barrel launches a single Senbon
       at highspeeds. Each barrel has two internal reloads, meaning a
       total of fifteen Senbon can be launched before the device needs
       to be manually reloaded.
       Effect: Aside from getting stabbed, the Senbon have are
       poisoned, causing a numbness in the entire body. This creates a
       twenty five percent reduction in speed and evasiveness.
       Can Others Use it: I'd prefer no, but because of the fact that
       I'm stealing this from Shizune, I suppose, if you ask nicely.
