They're character's from the game Corps Party (I highly
recommend either playing it, or whatching a let's play of it to
get a better idea of them)
Here is a description of the whole idea, but it contain spoil
about the game. So if you want to be surprised, do read it
[spoiler]
Yuuya is a psychopathy who doesn't really care for people,
especial their little lives. He was the youngest child in his
family and always wanted a little brother or sister.
to do odd circumstances her finds himself faced with Yuki,
who's looking for her brother. Yuuya promises to help her find
him and protect her, but things get creepier and creepy and her
starts calling Yuka his little sister, and attempts to kill her
'to save her from having to suffer through their situation'
after she sees him kill someone (or at least that what he says,
he's kind of just killing a bunch of people indiscriminately
just because he like to kill stuff, with that as an excuse.)
Point is: he likes killing people, He adores the idea of
having, and caring for a younger sibling, but will kill them
once they find out that he's threatening.
It's really creepy and absolutely lovely [/spoiler]

YAY FOR CREEPY RELATIONSHIPS! I can wait for an off putting
moment where you're like "I miss my little brother very dearly"
and them I'm like "what was he like?"
and then you're like "oh, he was very cute, kind of
short...about a year younger than me... and he had ...pink hair"
and then I'm like "u-uh.. Dai... I!
and then teammate killing time! RUN!
or something creepy like that XD
