       For this instance and this instance only, I'm both expecting and
       praying for Kishi's plot armor. He's throwing away useful
       characters without a legitimate fight. Outside of Naruto and
       Sasuke, Shika and Neji had far much more potential than everyone
       else in the K12 (give or take minitsunade)..
       two established geniuses being taken out by fodder sweeps? That
       makes people realize the war has consequences and high stakes?
       It looks more like throwing away loose ends to end a series
       quickly. Could anyone tell me why it wasn't kiba and shino
       instead????
