I don't. I never said it would be immediate...
I think that EOS after the war Naruto will be Hokage and spar
with Konohamaru (showing his potential and the fact he will most
likely be the next hokage), Sasuke will IMO fight Naruto over
the future of the Bijuu in the post war arc... Sasuke needs a
power up to be able to fight Naruto now... and a HUGE one at
that...

Right on the money. However, I'm not sold that thrusting out the
Rinnegan again would be the best idea for a character with so
many techs that don't really build around those techs granted by
the lavender eyes.

Once Sasuke gets Perfect Susano'o he would be so OP due to his
Enton. Imagine this:
Perfect Susano'o coated in Amaterasu.
With giant Kagetsuchi arrows.
The Totsuka blade in amaterasu (it would be an appropriate size
now , Totsuka blade would be a small sword to PS. It was too big
for Itachi's Susano'o xD)
The Yata Mirror with amaterasu (it could reflect the amaterasu
off like a giant amaetaru cannon)

I still believe that sasuke will be give something Unique ,just
like narutos KCM which is unique..
Possibilities are :
Time Slowing
Enton Shield
Flying Susanoo
Fusing With Juugo
CurseMark Lvl 3
Never Seen Before Doujutsu

What Tobirama described with Sasuke and a PS+Enton is more tha
enough for him to be able to put up a fight against Naruto when
the two inevitably fight later. He does not need Rinnegan, nor
anything on lease from Orochimaru anymore. he has some of the
most developed eyes in the series (other than Madara's
EMS/Rinne). The only other thing they can and maybe should try
to do is give him more stamina like some kind of reserve etc.
the curse mark used to fill that kind of role (not exactly of
course) but with Naruto having sage, BM, KCM w/e and whatever
else he may get during this war in addidion to his Uzumaki
chakra reserve, I don't know if Sasuke would be able to keep it
up long enough to have a fair shot at taking Naruto out. That
would defeat the purpose of the fight (for everyone who isn't
already thinking about the battle as Naruto's predestined
victory)

Basically I really wanna see:
Naruto's sage bijuu mode full form in a deadlock against a enton
perfect susano'o , but it turns out when Naruto gets burnt to
shreds he was a clone and Naruto Fuuton Chou Oodama
Rasenshurikens Sasuke in the face

I mean what if Sasuke also has the pretty little weapons I'm not
sold that he would just get smashed in the face ya feel me
although he would definitely probably get outlasted and get his
ass whooped in the end..

By the point I speak of ; Sasuke would feel like hugging the
earth for eternity , he would be worn out and Naruto would only
win via durability and speed. Sasuke wouldn't keep up and all he
would see is a yellow flash....

Yeah. Judging from his battle with Itachi (where even then, he
used up his curse mark powers), it appears that his stamina was
on a similar if not just slightly higher level than his
brothers, prior to obtaining both the Mangekyou and EMS later
on. Even this doesn't compare to Naruto's chakra reserves that
he has without resorting to Kurama's immense powers - and that's
only half of the Kyuubi's chakra. His reserves may be powered up
greatly when he goes to fight Naruto, but there's no way he'd be
able to last against him for long, barring a powerup which could
generate/store/absorb chakra
