Bro we need to make a thread on this in NB ( if you're on there
arms well as here ) , on a plus note though: at least Kishimpto
managed to keep the Samurai more down to earth and realistic.
But sadly they're useless. Kishimotos writing has gotten far
worse than it was in part one because in part one it all added
up.
( please refrain from walls of text. Paragraphing helps as it
makes the post seem smaller and make people more willing to read
it xD ), I didn't mind the wide scale Edo Tensei , but Kiji
fodderized the current generation of Kage with the ones
summoned. If he made them around a similar level in strength to
current then we couldn't have this problem.
Madara,Nagato and Hashirama were way too powerful to begin with.
Kabuto also shouldn't have been defeated so easily. It would
feel a lot more like a war if the regular not do overpowered
shinobi had people to fight ( these people being the Edo Tensei
summons whom were still active ). If Kabuto was still around
that would also give the five kage someone to fight. And if
Kabuto was still around: Muu would still be around and then
perhaps some people might die for once.

Madara and Nagato are both powered to the level of what
should only be given to a final villain, so I agree completely
with you there. I also agree about Kabuto and Muu, and the fact
they're leaving the 5 Kage out of the current fight is probably
because there's simply nothing for them to do. It's too messy as
it is whenever Kishi remembers to throw in the Konoha 11 he
wasted an entire chapter hyping up.
I don't really understand why Kishi is so hesitant to kill
anybody, especially when they're going to have to be removed at
some point anyways (cough, Tsunade) for the plot to come to
closure. To have everybody on the verge of death 100 times
doesn't give a real sense of danger when they're saved or
asspulled out every single time. I thought that Onoki and
Tsunade going down vs. Madara was plausible although the power
of the antagonists is far, far too top heavy. But of course,
everyone's okey dokey and taking their sweet time..
To me, it just looks like Kishi's playing with action figures
and he doesn't want to put any of them away.
