       [Theory] Why Sasuke's Sharingan is Tomoe'd

       So, as we know, Madara unlocked his Rinnegan by "making"
       Hagoromo's Chakra; (Indra+Ashura). Now, Sasuke's Rinnegan is
       unique, well for it being in the actual eye socket...  Anyway,
       both Naruto and Sasuke acquired Hagoromo's power. Hagoromo was
       the one that gifted Sasuke with his Rinnegan but, the differance
       between Sasuke and Madara is that Madara's "Indra chakra"
       combined with the obtained "Ashura chakra" to create "Hagoromo
       Chakra"; the Rinnegan, whereas for Sasuke he already had "Indra
       Chakra" and added "Hagoromo Chakra" to the mix. Hagoromo's
       gifted him with the Rinnegan and Indra's added the Tomoes. It
       would kind of make sense, right?

       That really makes sense to me :) however i'm not really that
       much of a debater lol :P :) good job

       There was a lot of speculation on his eye that really kind of
       died down when it was shown to be lavender like regular
       Rinnegan.
       I was actually excited about the prospect of his eye directly
       resembling the eye of the Juubi and the one on Mads' forehead
       and although this is basically an eye we're completely new to
       and unfamiliar with, Madara called it a Rinnegan when he saw it
       and didn't seem to take notice of the tomoes and if he did he
       didn't go out of his way to mention them (he'd been doing that
       kinda stuff since the battle was little more than a dance to
       him)
       Madara's unlocking was shown to us without any tomoe so it seems
       that in Sasuke's case they 1) may not go away, making them
       completely unique to Sasuke and 2) these may be completely new
       eyes with unforeseen capabilities.
       I'm interested in whether or not it may actually have more
       potential than un-tomoed Rinnegan would. Too bad he only has
       one. He just got them and never encountered Pain so he likely
       does not know about the Rikudo techniques.. (I think this is
       good. Let Nagato's stuff stay Nagato's stuff). Everyone with
       Eyes like these has used them in a way unique to themselves.
       Can't wait for Sas to sauce it up ;)
       What Lord Pein speculated would make a fitting explanation for
       the difference in appearance even if there's no difference
       between what Sasuke's can do and what Madara's did.
