       To use, first install the uc browser with credit (without cheat)
       .After installation ,exit the browser, then restart again, in
       the handler menu ,click to open network options, select
       Etisalat-Nigeria-1 , ok ,
       save ,
       then start browsing free

       Note: for you to browse free, you must have the right
       configuration (access point or .prov file)
       apn = etisalat
       ip = 10.71.170.5
       port = 8080
