       1. Subscribe/Add Us
You can do one or the other or both. Doesn’t matter. We just
want you to do this so that you can see our updates, and find
out when the newest auditions are uploaded.
       2. Decent Mic
We want to be able to hear your part in the collab when the full
thing is finished, so that’s why this is required. It doesn’t
have to be a super expensive thing (I just record using Sound
Recorder and I plug in my Wii Sing It mic into my laptop; it
works somewhat well, lol). We also can remove some background
noises in WavePad, but sometimes it also makes some of the
soft-sounding recorded parts get removed as well. So sing loud
and proud with emotion! We also can make it louder in WavePad as
well, so you don’t need to be super loud. Just as long as we can
       hear you, you’re fine~
       3. Decent Pronunciation
We usually open collabs in Korean, Japanese and (sometimes)
English. Majority of it is Korean, so be sure if you wanna be in
a collab, have decent Korean pronunciation! (same for Japanese,
ect). If you think your pronunciation might not be the best,
don’t audition. You can always ask us if your pronunciation is
good enough or not. You also don’t have to be fluent in the
language to be in the collab. ^.^
       4. Activeness
We would like your activeness on Youtube about a 7/10 (70%) or
higher. We only require this because we would like to receive
collab parts asap, and that you’ll get our Reminder Messages. We
understand that you’re busy on some days (we are too), and
youtube isn’t a main priority. xD
       5. Meet The Deadline
Once you receive a message from us (Subject: Artist Name - Song
Name [Language // Collab Info]), you know you got into the
collab. We usually give the collabers about a month (from when
the message gets sent out) to get their parts in. We also assign
them on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, so it doesn’t interfere
with anybody’s schoolwork, after school activities, work, ect.
       6. ‘First come, first serve’ Rule
This is pretty much self explanatory, but I’ll explain it
anyway. So when you comment with what part you want, you
(literally) have that part reserved for you, so no one else can
take it. The only time we don’t use this rule is when there’s
Permanent Group auditions, or if the person who commented isn’t
70% active (we haven’t seen that happen yet, so that shouldn’t
be a problem). We’re kind of impatient people, so that’s why we
       go with this rule.
       7. Self Casting
This goes back to when we started (LollipopfxRecords). When we
first started out, three of us were running the channel
(Sealynn, Kitty and Song), and we would usually self cast.
Lately we haven’t been doing that, because we think that it’s
sometimes not fair on certain groups/songs (Small groups: f(x),
SHINee, ect). But with the larger groups (SNSD, T-ara, ect.), we
sometimes will self cast. We also self cast if a collab is open
for a very long time (few weeks to a month after being
       uploaded).
       8. Mixing
Kitty isn’t online very much, and Sealynn’s computer broke, so I
(Song) usually mixes the collabs. Anyone can mix the collabs for
us. Just send us a message offering to mix and when the parts
come in one by one, we’ll send them to you! You can either Audio
mix, Video mix, or both. This will definitely help us during the
summer time, because Sealynn and I will be going on a 2.5 week
family vacation (I don’t wanna lug around my laptop, lololol).
If we already know you well enough, you’ll be guaranteed to mix,
but if you’re kinda new to us, send us some work with your
mixing and we (most likely) will accept you. We would appreciate
the help! :) [Note: If you’re video mixing, don’t use
performances from SBS or MBC; they’ve been blocking videos since
       they got youtube accounts]
       9. Replacements
If for some reason, something for you came up and you can’t be
apart of the collab anymore, tell us and we will find a
replacement for you. We know things can happen and it’s not your
fault. There’s always other collabs as well, so it’s totally
okay. Don’t worry about it, and don’t feel bad. :)
       10. Reminders/Extensions
We sent a Reminder message to everyone in the collab that hasn’t
sent their part in yet. Usually those are sent a week or two
before the due date arrives, so you’re aware. You don’t have to
respond to it (unless you really want to), but if you need an
extension, please tell us! If you don’t message us back with
that request and if you don’t turn your part in when the due
date passes, we will replace you. (You’ll still be able to join
our other collabs; we don’t ban you from auditioning just
because of this, lolol). The only exception for this is if too
many people from the same collab didn’t hand in their part
(and/or we get terminated) a new due date is assigned.
       11. Sending Parts
We don’t care what site they’re from. Just as long as we can
download it, keke. We usually get parts from soundcloud, box,
mediafire and 4shared, so those would be preferred, but if you
know any other friendly file sharing sites, those will work as
well. (Just as long as they're virus free).
       12. Collab List
Don’t know if I received your part yet? Eager to see if the
other members turned them in? Just check our Closed Collabs List
       document

/>If we have your part, it’ll have a little * after your usernam
       e.
       ^.^
That about covers everything we’ve been doing in LDFXR.
Hopefully these helped out the newer collabers! We’re glad to
have you with us. If you’re confused on some things, don’t be
shy and ask us! We’re friendly and helpful! <3
