       Winnebago is leading incorporation in manufacturing motor homes
       and related products. Motor homes are a type of recreational
       vehicles and these are popular in the country. Based in Forest
       City, Iowa, the company was formed in the year 1958. With
       economic meltdown, the community people sought the help of a
       California company to start a travel trailer factory in the
       area. With the efforts of John K. Hanson, the company started
       its operations and was named Winnebago Industries in 1960. The
       company started manufacturing furnitures and other components
       for travel trailers. Thermo-Panel registered trademark
       innovation of Winnebago helped it produce lightweight yet strong
       sidewalls in 1963. Then the first motor home was released in the
       year 1966. Winnebago introduced its first assembly line and
       other innovations in the motor home manufacturing. This
       innovation helped them compete with its competitors and the
       brand was able to produce vehicles at lower price. During 1970s
       the company was expanded and it was listed in the New York stock
       exchange. In 1975 Itasca line was introduced and it was well
       received in the market. Winnebago also introduced Era models
       which also were grand success. With more than 50 years of
       experience, the brand is always committed in providing
       high-quality and stylish motor homes.
