Something could of went wrong with the .Net Framework MCForge
depends on. Idk what version MCForge uses, but i would reinstall
the the .Net Frameworks from .Net 2 to .Net 4. That should Fix
MCForge's Problem, if not, just wipe the settings and let
MCForge regenerate default Settings. DONT DELETE THE WHOLE
PROPERTIES FOLDER, you will lose ranks if you do that, just
Delete Server.Properties in the Folder.
