       Governor Abubakar today charged Corps members in Bauchi state to
       be Change Agents. The Governor who spoke during the end of the
       2016 batch B orientation camp and passing out parade at Wailo,
       said that the NYSC is a laudable scheme that not only
       strengthens the nation, but allows the county tap into the
       intellect and energy of the younger generation.
       An extraordinary platoon leader was the center of attraction at
       the Passing Out Parade as he excited the governor and other
       dignitaries. The platoon leader later won a gift from the
