       Same here,
       1. I deleted everything in
       "C:\Users\...\Documents\samsung\Kies\Download\Applications"
       2. I started Kies and Logged in.
       3. Started downloading a Free App.
       4. When download completed, I went to Samsung Apps main screen.
       5. I changed the names of chat for facebook.
       6. I connected my phone through KIES mode. Waited untill it was
       properly connected.
       7. Went to Download logs and clicked on Download so it would
       start Installing it but it does nothing. It stays on 100%
       Used SPB TV and chat for facebook
