New Respect system!!!

After the request from a member i also decided to set up a
respect system called"karma" .
this karma will be always visible below ur No. of posts.
users can give +1,-1 karma by clicking on tumps up,tumps down.
I am also thinking of adding games to the forum.pls comment
about your opinion.
