[center]Smiling down at her hands Erika began to walk towards
her school. It only took a a couple minutes to get there, and
she knew her best friend would be waiting. That's how it always
is and was. It would always be this way. One of Erika's other
friends walked up to her and smiled from ear to ear. "So... When
we get to school, I have to tell you and secret." This sparked
Erika's attention, but she soon forgot, when she walked into the
school. Her eyes darting from place to place for him.[/center]

He stood at his locker surrounded by the usual students who he
hated. Some people annoyed him and these were those people. He
usually got along with some of them, but the others he could
leave in a ditch. He sighed rolling his eyes, the most annoying
of the group was the usual preppy tween with a high voice. He
growled lowly grabbing his and his best friends book from his
locker. He helped her out with storing things, since he hadn't
cared about school since he hit highschool, but he didn't want
her to fail or drop out so he helped her. Closing his locker he
turned around as the crowd soon left and a few of his own
friends walked up, he gave them the usual handshake and smiled.
"Yo." His traditional greeting to them as it fit his look, but
somehow not his personality. He rolled his eyes as one of them
told an obvious lie.

"Craig!" But than the girl beside her whispered something into
her ear, and she just stood there. She didn't know what to say.
Was there anything to say? She shrugged her shoulders and smiled
at her. "Good luck with that Sarah." she left Sarah behind, and
she walked up towards Craig. He was always so... Collective.
though she didn't really like his friends, they always creep-ed
her out. Though it was one of the girl's who always stared at
him, that made the shivers run up her body. She turned her face
towards Craig, with a wide smile on her face. "So, how was your
night, last night?" She smiled, and kept glancing at Sarah, with
a worried look. [/center]

Hearing her voice yelling he smiled looking over at her.
"Erika!" He yelled back, but smiled and then looked at his
friends. Still hating that the one kept making up more and more
stories. Seeing her stall he just looked at her and shrugged
back. Looking and waving as two of them left, the other three
still standing there and talking. He leaned back against his
locker watching Erika as if tranced. He couldn't say or even
mention how sexy he thought she was, but sometimes it just
naturally slipped out. He looked back at his friends seeing
Melissa staring at him again. "Mel, your staring again." She
shook her head and spoke lightly as she always did. "oh, uh
sorry. bye." She turned around making her way to homeroom and
skittering down the hall. Looking back at Erika he smiled, just
as she asked the question. He scratched his head, just a little
confused about what she asked. "It was okay, I guess. How was
yours?" He saw her keep looking back at Sarah he just smiled
waving at her as she just stood there. Looking back at Erika and
tilting his head, confused and some what skeptical about her
question. Even though he answered it.

It was almost unbelievable how happy she was to see Craig. When
he spoke to Melissa, she narrowed her eyes, but instantly looked
back to Craig. Sarah began to walk towards them and smiled all
happily at Craig. "H-hey..." She looked to Erika and jerked her
head to the side as if to tell her to go out of hearing range.
Erika sighed, and moved towards Craig, wrapping her arms around
his neck and hugging him. She placed a gently kiss to his cheek
and winked at Sarah. "Like I said before, good luck..." she
walked away, purposely swaying her hips. Sarah bit her lower lip
and looked down. "Oh... Ha... Ha... Thanks, I guess..." she
looked at Craig and smiled, though knowing Erika was in hearing
distance. "S-so, I just wanted to ask you..." She looked over at
one of the near lockers, and pointed. "Would you go to that
dance with me?" Erika's face paled. She had no idea what Sarah
was going to ask and now that she knew, she couldn't believe her
ears. "What...?" she whispered to herself.

He smiled both at Erika and Sarah, now that she was walking
towards them. "Yo." His response was out again as he looked at
them both. Feeling Erika's arms around his neck he put his
around her waist hugging back. Kissing her cheek in response to
her kiss to his. Slipping her book under her arm before she
turned around, he smiled watching her hips. He couldn't help it,
whether it was instinct or he was just loving how her hips
swayed he stared at her. Shaking his head he realized Sarah
spoke again he looked down at her as he saw her it her lip. He
smiled, kinda cute when she does that. He thought then blinked
hearing her stagger to get words out. "Ask me?" He was confused
but saw her point at one of the nearby lockers. A little white
paper explaining a dance, girls asking guys this time and he
blinked. Was she, did she...He thought as he listened to her.
And then he shifted his gaze back over to Sarah and he scratched
his head. Not expecting anyone to ask him at all. Dances sure
weren't his thing, but he usually went to dance or hang out with
Erika or his friends if they went. "Umm..well...I." He struggled
at first, but then swallowed lowly and taking a breath. "It'd be
my pleasure to take you to the dance." He spoke to her his
answer and smiled leaning down and kissing her cheek lightly.
"Pick you up at seven, but for now you may want to get to
homeroom." He smiled giving her a light hug before turning
around and quickly walking to homeroom and getting to the door
he looked back at her winking before walking into the class.

The answer that Craig had given Sarah, put Erika's mood to a
halt. He was actually going to the dance, with Sarah? Why would
he do that? Sighing, she walked into her class, and crossed her
legs, after she sat into her assigned seat. Erika looked down as
her teacher passed her a piece of paper. And of course, it just
had to be a flyer for the up coming dance. Anger welled inside
of her and she pouted. Slowly, Sarah walked in and sat by Erika.
"So, he said yes..." She smiled lightly at Erika. Erika just
stared at the paper, and handed it to Sarah. "Than take care of
this for me, will you?" Before Sarah could question Erika's
thoughts, she shoved the paper into her best friend's hand, and
walked out of the class room, she went to the nurses office, and
sighed. "Mrs. Se..." She stopped, when a girl looked at her, she
glared. "So, Erika... I heard about you..." Erika smirked
lightly, placing her hands on her hips. "Yeah? What did you hear
Erin?" Erin smiled. "That you have the hots for our Craig." A
growl ripped through Erika's throat. "My. Craig." Erin rolled
her eyes and began to walk away. She walked towards Craig's
homeroom entering it. Erika looked down, and left the building,
leaning her back against the wall, and sighing. She would wait
here, for school to end. Not caring if she got caught skipping.

He rolled his head around cracking his neck as he answered.
Sitting next to the three who walked away from him earlier. Jake
being the first to ask. "So mister hotshot what happened, you
make out with both the chickas." The all laughed and he rolled
his eyes. "Shut up Jake, at least I didn't have to ask my cousin
to dance with me." He laughed causing the other two to laugh
leaving Jake grumbling as the teacher passed out the papers to
them all. Picking up the paper Craig rolled his eyes like usual,
crumbling it up and leaving it on the desk. Melissa and Kent
nudging Jake and making fun of him after getting the paper.
Craig sat there chill as an icebox. Not really caring that
several other girls were staring at him. He sat there tapping
his fingers on the desk. His drummer showing as he made a pretty
good beat adding the light thump of his boots on the ground.
Singing the latest lyrics to his bands song in his head. He was
backup singer and drummer, he was even going to get a new twelve
piece drum kit for his birthday and he couldn't wait. Then he
stopped looking at the doorway as Erin entered. He sighed and
grumbled, fuck anything but her. He truly didn't find her that
interesting, but knew what was going to happen. As usual it
always happened, at least seven of the guys made cat calls, Jake
and Kent whistling at her and making rude comments. This is why
I hate this room so much...He thought then looked up and nodding
at Erin, waving her over politely.
