Unknown's Colosseum
By: Unknown_Infinitus Date: November 13, 2011, 3:25 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
A large colosseum, one mile in diameter, stands in the middle of
a large desert, the only thing to see for miles. The Colosseum
was unusual in a few factors...the sparing ground of it could be
changed to suit any person's needs or want, There is a barrier
surrounding the battlefield of it that has a unique power to
heal the wounded and revive somebody from fatal injury when the
battle ended, and in the event of a spar lasting more than forty
rounds, the sparing platform would have its diameter cut in half
and rise into the air--the rest of the sparing ground would then
become a field of spikes.
~~~Rules~~~
I go by standard sparing rules--no god moding, No Batmanning,
you can dodge/block moves as long as it is a plausible excuse
for why, ect
There is one rule I always go by though, I use the charge
rule...if one person has an attack that has charged for X amount
of turns, the other person must have an attack or block equaling
or surpassing the first person's in order to be able to stop or
surpass it.
There is an optional rule in this Colosseum where you can put up
an ante for the outcome of the fight.
Unknown appears in the stands of the Colosseum, watching it
change and shift until it was a small forest with a large
clearing in the center of it, "this looks good enough." He
laughs and jumps, passing through the barrier and landing in the
center of the clearing with a dull thud...his outfit having
changed the moment he passed through the barrier. The new outfit
was as simple as he would let it...a black shirt, black
bandanna, black jeans, and black steeled toed combat boots. A
perfectly white ceramic mask hangs from a string around his neck
and a small snake was coiled around his arm. On his shoulders
and inner arms, living seal tattoos could be seen...implying
that he probably had more around his body. "Lets get this party
started"
(Sorry it is short, I am a little rusty)
Ciel had never been to a Colosseum before and it already made
him feel rather excited. Stepping through the barrier, he
realized he was now in a forest. Frowning a bit, he looked
around. His expression was a fatigue look, as if he hadn't been
sleeping for days. He still smiled though, relaxed and enjoying
the beautiful scenery. He wore a tight black T-shirt and blue
jeans with comfortable white sneakers. He didn't look like he
was able to fight, since he didn't exactly look fit. That didn't
matter, looks could be deceiving. When Ciel heard a thud, he
looked up, seeing a man with a snake coiled around his arm. Ciel
tilted his head with a smile, leaving his hands in his pockets.
"I assume, you are my opponent. How nice." He spoke kindly in a
soft shy tone. He surely didn't look like fighting material.
Ciel-
Unknown feels your presence before he actually heard your voice
and saw you, the corner of his mouth turning into a smile, "Why
hello there, I expect that you are Ciel?" With that, he bows
slightly, his snake Slithering off his arm and into the forest,
"If you wouldn't mind, could you please make the first move, As
I don't like moving first?" He rises from his bow, hie eyes now
a different color than before...the left bring a bright green
and the other being a dark, glossy black. A slight black
translucent substance leaked from his pores untill he was
covered in it...Now, and only now, was he ready to begin this
fight. With a slow nod, he closes his eyes and opens his minds
eye, letting his fighting instinct take over for now.
Ciel was rather impressed how the man already knew his name.
Chuckling lightly, Ciel nodded, bowing back in respect.
Wondering what he was going to see, he heard the words the man
spoke. "Ah, me moving first. Alright then." He said calmly,
still kindly. He didn't seem to be worried or stressing over the
fight. Taking a few steps, he kept an eye on the man now that he
saw all the strange stuff covering his body. Shrugging it off,
Ciel kept walking. Ciel wasn't exactly surprised from much,
since he found everything interesting. With those thoughts, Ciel
pondered what to do first. He simply disappeared in a colorful
smoke. He did that a few times so a lot of the colorful smoke
was around. With that, Ciel ended up infront of the man again.
The smoke slowly swirled around. The colors would blind and numb
the hearing and touch senses. Ciel simply smiled, not wanting to
rush into things. He was tactical, and simply kept an eye on the
man. He first wanted to test how the man would respond to
things, before he could really make up a plan.
Ciel-
Unknown caught a glimpse of the colorful smoke through his minds
eye...What could this stuff do? He had no idea so he would not
want it getting too close to him...the wind picking up slightly
and pushing the smoke away from him, "A Very...Interesting trick
you have there." He laughs slightly, extending his hands slowly
infront of him, revealing that his veins were beginning to turn
black and that his nerves were beginning to turn a bright green.
"Lets pick things up a little bit, Vectors." With the word
"vectors," One black arrow shoots from each of his fingers and
at you, the arrows programmed to twist and move untill it hits
its target, "Let's see how you deal with this."
Ciel watched the man being lucky by the wind picking up and
blowing the smoke away. Shrugging, the smoke simply turned into
a cloud, slowly making a veil around the area. He could easily
control his smoke with this. Seeing the arrows shoot out of his
hands, Ciel simply stood there, letting the arrows all hit him.
Ciel just smiled as his body was pierced by the arrows, even
through his right eye. Though, his body disappeared in nothing
but a white color. The white color formed strings, forming
javelins that shot straight towards Unknown. Ciel himself stood
a few feet away, still watching Unknown with a smile. The arrows
had hit an illusion, which was more than just an image. It was
nearly a copy, but not exactly. Was it reality, or fantasy?
Something Ciel liked to play with. His hands were still in his
pockets as he watched in silence, focusing still. The colorful
smoke, that could numb the hearing and touch senses and blind
someone still lingered around Unknown, so it was nearly forming
a cage to not be able to escape it, without losing the senses.
"This will be an interesting fight...I may have to pull out a
new thing I have been practicing." It was all he had time to say
before the needles pierced him, his blood pouring out of every
hole in his body and coating the strings. A Sizzle can be heard
from the needles as his toxic blood began to consume them. The
blood continued to pour out of his body, green and black color
also pooling in the blood, "Ow?" The word was so much more of a
question than a statement...he didn't feel any pain from the
needles at all...could it be the corruption of his nerves, a
lack of ability to feel pain in his head, the madness that he
harnesses in his body, or a mix of a few of those. His mouth
Twists into an insane smile, his hear beginning to tilt to the
side, "Interesting...Interesting..." His voice was changing
slowly, becoming more and more dark and demented. The blood on
the ground begins to move, snakes bursting out of it and
slithering into the ground, up trees, and into the forest...the
rest of the blood vanishing into the ground and making it change
to a black and red color. As for the holes from the needles, the
only thing that could be seen was a swirling mass of black in
his body...What could it be?
The scenery changed quickly, and Ciel didn't exactly enjoy the
scenery anymore. It became all so gruesome, and so did Unknown's
voice and smile. He now was fighting an insane creature. Ciel
shrugged lightly, his smile disappearing, turning into a more
serious look. He clenched his fists, opening them again. Strings
now slithered everywhere. Lines that weren't visable to the eye.
It was energy matter. It reached for the snakes around and for
Unknown himself. The smoke kept going around, basically trying
to numb the snakes as well. There were so many though, and the
ground had changed color as well. It made Ciel feel slightly
sick, seeing so much 'blood'. He didn't even know if he could
still call it blood. Ciel closed his eyes, waiting for the right
moment. The strings still trying to attach to all that was
moving. It didn't matter, Ciel had many tricks up his sleeve,
but he couldn't already use up his master card. Smiling slowly
again, Ciel opened his eyes, looking at Unknown. "Don't mock
me..." He whispered, knowing looks could always be deceiving.
Ciel-
One by one, the snakes went underground or into the trees,
digging their way in and filling in the holes behind them. A Few
of the snakes were too slow and the strings reached them.
Unknown's mind's eye locked in on them, watching what would
happen when the strings got ahold of them, "My poor little
friends...They were too slow...survival of the fittest, I
guess." He laughs and keeps his minds eye on the snakes, the
energy-matter strings nearing him, "From blood to blood, From
life to life...my snakes shall turn to mud, their life will
empower me" He shrugs and walks forward, the wind blowing harder
around him. A quick push from his feet sent him flying into the
air, the rest of the blood pouring out of his body and creating
a spike of blood in which he lands on. "Vector mirage."
Suddenly, millions of arrows shoot out of the spike, each
dripping with a different poison, "Lets see how you handle
this." some of the arrows turn at the last moment, intercepting
the strings right before they reach his body, "Phew, that was a
close one."
