       I like the way his movies make me feel weird. You gotta admit
       that Shivers-Naked Lunch run is pretty amazing. Has there ever
       been a more intelligent horror director?

       Cronenberg is smarter than Hitchcock. Or, at the very least, he
       respects the intelligence of his audience a lot more than
       Hitchcock did.
