       Clans are the culture the character is brought up in, which
       comes with some innate perks. Such as comprehending their
       element earlier than most people would know anything about
       elements. Being a form of kinship, kekkei genkai are woven in
       the clansmen's lives more than anything else. This is expressed
       in the form of ACCESS to 5 life skill ranks, regardless of cost.
       Getting rank 5 in 1 skill counts as using all 5 free ranks.
       I say access, because the skills aren't immediately usable. They
       become unlocked then the skill's corresponding stat reaches the
       thresholds listed below. The ranks are predetermined and shared
       by all clan members.

       Rank 3 - 150
       Rank 4 - 200
       Rank 5 - 250
       *Most clans just do certain things very well; hence, 5 ranks.
       Those who have a kekkei genkai will only have access to 2 free
       ranks, since it is that power that they are known by.
       **kekkei genkai can be made to the imagination but will need the
       Maiku approval. I assume you already know what that means.
