       Name: Scattered Murder
       Description: Summons a murder of crows that allow the user to
       manipulate. The user will manipulate the crows to scout a large
       area. The crows are given a direct command to recon selected
       information from a selected area. After the crows collect the
       information they will return to their master to relay the given
       information. A crow is also known to work together with its
       murder sending out cries to let it know of cleared areas to
       prevent overlap.
       +30 to skill check for gathering information.
       If the information is deemed insufficient. The crows can be
       reprogrammed to look for slightly different parameters using
       only 1 hand sign to change their search criteria. This costs
       only 5 chakra instead of a full reset of the jutsu.
