History: This clan has avoided war each time by using their
minds over their brawn. They have found a safe heaven within the
hidden mist clan as intel gathers. However they also have been
slaughtered many times before by other clans during times of
conflict do to their inability to fight.
Specialty: This clan is a clan of information gatherers. They
specialize in getting intel from their targets without combat.

clan that prevents that of doujutsu bloodlines from ever being
born within the clan.
