       History: The members of the Excella clan are the followers of
       Sun Akage who live on Mount Shumisen. Sun Akage is a missing-nin
       from Konohagakure who developed the Chimera Technique, which is
       a jutsu that allows the user too combine organic beings into
       one. He used this ability in order to steal the Kekkai Genkai of
       various shinobi clans, integrating them into himself. Through
       his research of jutsu and forbidden techniques, he managed to
       create a new element for channeling chakra, Darkness. He used
       this in combination with his Chimera Technique, while borrowing
       power from a captured Leech-like chakra beast in order to spawn
       a race of humanoids. These humanoids were marked with his
       Darkness, allowing them to absorb chakra. As a result of the
       usage of the Leech beast, occasional mutations would occur,
       creating beings that completely relied on blood to thrive. They
       were able to survive on chakra, but regular food and drink would
       do nothing for them. In extreme cases, it could make them sick.
       Their weakness was scorned among the clan. Those who birthed
       such mutations were slain and the children were abandoned at the
       foot of the mountain to be killed by wild beasts.
