       Clan Name: Yume Clan
       Symbol: A blue serpent with it's head just above a white cloud
       History: An old fishing clan that has lived on the water for
       generations. The Yume clan are based on Suisen island in a
       coastal village that relies on a close relationship with the
       sea. Kisume Yume began studying the properties of the aquatic
       life that lived in the water and began adapting them in to the
       village lifestyle. His research reached new heights when he
       found how formidable animals were, and the intelligence that
       certain species had. A symbiotic relationship could lead to a
       new understanding of parts of the world that Humans could barely
       understand, hopefully leading to a new enlightenment amongst the
       people. This was the pitch that Kirigakure approved as a means
       for Kisume to recieve a grant and housing within the village of
       the mist. Although they still pursue understanding aquatic life,
       they also deal in military projects worked on in tandem with
       Kirigakure.
