       No stock but issue DO &amp; Invoice

       Sometimes we have no stock but we still issue DO & Invoice
       Enter remark at the back of DO
       Because many of the customer my boss relatives, they never
       complain
       When stock received, then we give to the customer but no need to
       issue DO again
       My friend told me must not do this but my boss say I am from
       account dept & must follow instruction
       Got any company do this way
