By: Samy Date: July 27, 2017, 9:29 pm

My company purchased an accredited Accounting Software and
GST03,TAP File and GAF all not working.
Every month I need to do reconciliation
I want to report this Developer to KASTAM because the Developer
very stubborn and refuse to listen to complains
How can I report this Developer to KASTAM for them to take
       action.

As a GAF Consultant, I have seen the GST03, GAF & TAP File
generated from many Accounting Software accredited by KASTAM.
There are issues and constraints that needs to be addressed by
the Developers & most of the Developers I met are very
responsible & working towards resolving all reported issues and
become GST2.0 compliant before the end of 2017
You mentioned your Software Developer is very stubborn & refuse
to listen to complains. You did not mention exactly what is not
       working
To make a complain to KASTAM, you have to be very specific with
your complain e.g. TX-CG does not update Field 16 in GST03 or
Supplier Credit Notes do not appear in P Record Element or the
Country Field in S Record Element is blank
Once you are ready to complain write to:
       Accounting Software Unit
       GST Division
       Royal Malaysian Customs Department
       Level 3 – 7, Block A, Menara Tulus,
No. 22, Persiaran Perdana, Presint 3,
       62100 Putrajaya
       Email: acct.software@customs.gov.my
