       Software Developer in Malaysia

       I know a company in Malaysia that develop software for overseas
       customers.
       Software is developed using local resources but intended only
       for overseas market.
       Sometimes they remote in (from KL) to the Customers Server, e.g.
       in Brunei to do software development
       Do they need to charge GST ?
