       Whether can use internal Forex rate for overseas supplier invoic

       May I know whether can use internal exchange rate for overseas
       supplier invoice & billing?
       and also we still utilised tax code "EP" for incidental exempt
       supplies (declare forex gain & FD interest) still acceptable by
       custom, please advise if we still utilise. Thanks you.
