       Purchase Tax Codes EP, ZP, GP

       I heard Kastam is looking into the possibility of merging EP,ZP
       and GP because so many people are making mistakes with these Tax
       Codes.
       Will the merging take place this year.

       I also support merging these 3 Tax Codes
       I believe KASTAM will address this issue, hopefully in 2017
