       Account Type (L4) is a new Field for L Record Element.
       What does Account Type mean?

       Typically all Accounts in GL belong to 3 Account Types
       Balance Sheet
       Retained Earnings
       Profit & Loss Account
       Why L4 in GAF
       ----------------
       So that the Authorities can regenerate the Trial Balance from
       GAF and also compute the Profit & Loss for Year to Date
