       Maximum Length for Supplier invoice Number

       My Accounting Software has a limited length for invoice Number
       field, We enter only the last 12 characters. Will there be a
       problem during the GST audit.

       This issue was raised during the recent Accounting Software
       Vendor Conference.
       If your Accounting Software has a restriction on the Field
       Length for Supplier Invoice Numbers, enter as many characters as
       possible and you must ensure consistency on how you enter
       Invoices from the same Vendor
