       Hi,
       1. Co. own a unit of commercial property.
       2. Incurred monthly maintenance and sinking fund charges.
       Can Co. claim input tax for the above?
       If not, what is the code should apply?

       This was raised in one of my GAF events
       This Customer was charged GST for their unit in a commercial
       building
       Unit under Company Name
       This customer claimed the Input Tax & assigned Tax Code TX as
       opposed to TX-IES
       You may want to seek a 2nd opinion
