       Country Field in "S" Record Element

       I noticed the Country Field is empty for the "S" Record Element
       when I open the GAF File in Excel to do Analysis.
       Is the Country Field important for Custom Audit.

       Country is Element Number 13 in the S Record Element in GAF

       It should not be blank
