       Foreign Workers apartment

       We have 2 foreign workers & we rented an apartment for them
       We pay for the rental & maintenance of the apartment
       We deduct the rental from thier salary but not the maintenance
       Question
       ----------
       1. When we pay for rental, there is GST. Can we claim the Input
       Tax (TX or TX-IES)
       2. When we recover the rental from the foreign workers, do we
       need to pay GST
       3. For apartment maintenance, can we claim the GST?
