       How much details to show in GAF

       My software has limited length for the Description Field in Bank
       Module
       When I key in Petty Cash Payments I key in short description
       Now my GAF file shows very little details for my Petty Cash
       trans in Purchase Record Element in GAF
       Would there be a problem?
