       Is this true?
       Recently a Company in IPOH engaged an engineer from Singapore to
       repair a machine for their client in Kuala Kangsar
       The Ipoh Company company not registered for GST but need to
       declare & pay Output Tax using GST04
       They were told that Non Registered Malaysian Companies who have
       imported services need to declare GST Output
