       Holding Company bills Subsidiary using Invoice(not Tax Invoice)
       I have 3 questions
       Q1. What document should Holding Company use to bill Subsidiary?
       Q2. Is this disbursement or reimbursement?
       Q3. What Tax Code to use, old Tax Code OS or new code NS?
