       Staff Claims for Entertainment

       How you handle Sales Manager entertainment claims for your
       company
       Sales Manager submit claims for 5 restoran, entertainment only
       our customers. Some bills below RM500 & some above RM500 (got
       Tax Invoice for all)
       Question
       ----------
       Do we need to create individual accounts for the restoran to
       claim the Input Tax or can we create 1 Account (Sales Manager)
       enter all the 5 invoices here with as much details  as possible
       Which method is recommended. If create by restorans in my AP,
       then I need to create hundred of restorans as my company got 3
       Sales Managers & 10 Salesman
