       Can we claim the input tax for fumigation done for our goods in
       a third party warehouse.

       we have a similar case as well, purchased goods to be store at
       supplier's warehouse due to insufficient storage space, supplier
       had already billed us the full quantity +SR6% but goods are not
       yet deliver, should we accept the 6% charging from supplier? Or
       treat it as a deposit paid to the supplier and remove the 6%,
       since there should be no GST to be charge on deposit items (info
       from E&Y tax consultants), your opinion ?
