       I have 2 problems
       One
       -----
       Singapore visitor come  to my office
       We incur expenses & bill Singapore company  to recover our
       expenses
       Do we issue Tax Invoice with GST
       Two
       -----
       Singapore visitor attend exhibition in Thailand & his company
       bill us for his expenses in Thailand
       Do we need to account for GST (DS or OP)
