After The American Dissolution (the moment where America split
up after The Treaty of Strausbourg), the Allied States of
Precinct-44 happily invited Harry S. Truman in as their leader.
Before Truman assumed office, he was secretly a bitter indirect
rival of FDR, constantly being ignored by the Roosevelt
Administration, even after all his successes. Now, President
Truman insists that he and FDR are amicable neighbors.
