       Roleplay Rules

       1. Technology is tied to the current Roleplay Year.
       2. The Roleplay starts at 1940; advance a year every month. The
       current year is 1940. A yearly state of address will be posted
       by myself at the start of every month, to describe newly
       available technologies, as well as update nation populations.
       3. If you are unsure that Technology matches the limit, PM an
       admin for verification.
       4. Using Pre-existing military equipment such as the P-51 aren't
       forced, but encouraged for simplicity.
       5. No God Modding or Meta Gaming
       6. OOC is allowed in IC post, but will not be confirmed as
       cannon until all OOC is removed. Thus it is encouraged to
       simplify make OOC Post to avoid this delay.
       7. All nations must follow the United Nations 'space treaty'.
       8. New nations have a 30 day IRL period where they cannot be
       invaded. If said nation invades another, this protection is
       lost.
       9. If a nation is inactive on the forum for twenty eight days
       without notice, they will be removed from the map. If a nation
       gives notice they may not be invaded (unless ongoing invasion)
       and is gone for longer than sixty days they will also be
       removed. Active refers to posting on the forum. Posting in the
       Map Claims board does not constitute activity.
       10. Leaving the region or ceasing to exist for longer than 48
       hours causes the departing or no longer existing nation to
       forfeit its map claim if it possesses one.
       11. If a departed nation returns, and they wish to return to the
       map, they may apply for re-entry. However, they must register a
       new claim as if they were a new nation.
       12. Nations in this region May not have any Puppets. You simply
       gain too much land for a single nation for any puppets.
       13. Alliances and states that could be considered 'vassal
       states' can only be colored the same color on the map with
       extensive justification to prevent confusion on national status.
       Empires must follow this same rule.
