SCSO Scanner

Hey guys, as some of you know I am a Deputy Sergeant with the
Seminole County Sheriff's Office in the state of Florida. As
such some of you have expressed interest to know what that's
like. Well I invite you to listen into our scanner, just put the
link I will provide below into your internet browser and you
will be able to hear our scanner. Of course this being a police
scanner some days are busier than others, it just depends on
what the people of Seminole County want of us. I am also SWAT
(Special Weapons And Tactics) so I may get callouts with that
too, unfortunately you all can only hear our regular channel 3
Bravo (there are 6 channels around here and we happen to work
off of channel 3). However you should be content with this. If
I'm on you will usually hear me called by "4519 Seminole" (my ID
number and the agency I work for) and if I talk it will usually
go something like this (traffic stop used for lack of a better
example) "4519 Seminole 10-50,
Alpha-Bravo-Charlie-One-Two-Three, ABC-123 at the corner of SR
434 and SR 436 cross street Aloma Ave. on a white Toyota Tundra
with one."

What does "Alpha-Bravo-Charlie-One-Two-Three, ABC-123" suppose
to mean?

It's an example of a license plate. I used ABC-123 because it
isn't used by Florida DMV so it cannot have any negative
connotations attached to it.

Oh yea this is cool. I also know iphones have an app for any
dept in the country. Thanks for sharing I am so jealous! To
anybody interested in police work I suggest contacting your
local dept about a civilian ride along. I went on one a few
years ago and it was very educational.
