       The Aspersion Act
       Article I: Purpose
The purpose of this Document is to specify the punishments to
libel against respected members of our alliance.
       Article II: Libel
If a member believes another member is spreading lies against
said member, he may press charges against the accused member. He
may do this by submitting all evidence to the Justices who can
then bring up charges against the accused party.
       Article III: Penalties
The penalties if convicted will be a 1 month suspension of
being able to run for public office and a $500,000 fine paid to
the Secretary General. The offending party will also have to
write and issue a public apology to the victim they made the
slanderous comments about. If the accused is a repeated
offender, a forced expulsion of our alliance can be given by the
       Judge.
       Article IV: Mediums of communication:
Anything said that could fall under the category of slanderous
attacks on a person shall not be limited to the forums. IRC,
Email, In-game chat, etc, shall all be considered mediums of
communication that fall under our jurisdiction as long as it is
about the game. Just because a certain form of communication is
not listed here does not mean it does not count. And if proof is
shown it will be dealt with just like it was on one of the
fore-mentioned mediums. Attacks made about other subjects cannot
count unless a judge or the Secretary General deem it so. If
they deem is so they must state what justifies it to be ruled as
such and a majority vote of the general populace of the alliance
       can overturn this.
       Article V: Proof
Proof of such acts must be presented in the form of a log and a
screenshot. If either one of these are missing the accuser will
have one chance to fix this in a 48 hour period. If they do not
charges will be filed against them.
       Article VI: Attacks
These are all comments that will be considered slanderous.
       Including but not limited to:
       Personal attacks
       Attacks on a persons character
Any attacks racist, sexist, or what could be described as a hate
       crime
       Article VII: Appeal
Anyone accused of this may appeal to the courts to have this
wiped from their record but must be able to prove they did not
make any slanderous comments. Subsequently anyone accusing
someone else of this crime must provide proof otherwise they
will have charges brought upon them for the same reason.

the alliance to form a well staffed and organized military.
       Article II. Registration
Upon joining the alliance all members that allow war for their
nations shall register for the alliance military. Registration
for service shall be done in
a timely manor upon joining the alliance, if the member has been
approved for the alliance and has not registered within 2.5
weeks after applying to the alliance they shall face trail from
       the alliance judges.
       Article III. Selective Service
All members will be issued a selective service ID number when
joining regardless of their war/peace status. This will be
employed in time of war to help staff our alliance military and
boost our manpower. Nations who do not wish to join the military
due to their peace settings will be asked in times of need to
change their settings to allow war for their nations and to help
       out with an alliance war.
       Article IV. Exemptions
Nations who wish to be exempt from this policy shall consult
with the Commandant, and Secretary General. If approval from
both is given the member shall be excused from all military
service, exemption shall only occur as a result of ZI status,
Recent Nuclear attacks, or events similar nature. If exemption
is given the nation who is being exempt will be exempt for 30
days in order to rebuild, if needed nations may reapply to be
       further evaluated for exemption.
       Article V. Justice
Members who do not follow the accords set in these laws shall be
subjected to trial by our justices. Punishments for not
registering for service shall include but but not be limited to
suspension from running from public office to a total ban on
holding public office. Alliance justices may decide on further
punishments but the standard for punishment shall be at least
one million dollars payable to the federal reserve (banker of
       the Deputy of Finance's choice).
