       so currently hes scammed 3 nations so far and he was found out
       just before it became 4, obviously we would like to know what
       steps MPO is taking in fixing this problem and how quickly those
       3 nations will be able to receive the rest of their tech that
       they are owed, 285 tech to be exact.

       We are giving him 48 hours as of last night at 8 pm eastern time
       to respond and tell us what is going on. If not he will be
       marked for ZI and our upper members will pay the tech to whoever
       is owed.
