miss fire / coil

Has anybody any experience of their MT01 having a miss fire.
Initial thoughts that it was coil starting to go but could be a
fuel issue. I have only put a couple of hundred miles on it
since getting it, previous to that I believe it hadn't done a
lot of miles in the previous 3 years according to mot certs.
Symptoms happen after 50 odd motorway miles on steady throttle,
then when on A road the mis fire started, lasted for about 6
miles before clearing. The same thing happened on the way home.
Seemed like it was missing on the front cylinder. Pretty sure it
is the coil but maybe someone has had a similar issue and can
save me some time fault finding. thanks. D

Do you have a Power Commander fitted? They don't play well with
the standard MT ECU.

the old pc 3 didn't run well on the MT01 but the PCv runs very
well my Akros headers had a o2 plug fitted so the pc5 reads the
co from that must say it runs very well
